What makes Robinson interesting to shoot is how quickly the housing changes as you move through it. Closer in you get older homes on established streets; head out toward the edges and lots get bigger, fences start showing up, and a fair number of listings come with a shop, a barn, or a few acres behind the house. Those are two different photo sets. A half-acre-plus listing with outbuildings needs aerials to show where the property line actually runs, because from the ground a buyer cannot tell whether they are looking at one acre or four.

Yes, and it is a good use of drone work. Aerials show the lot shape, where the outbuildings sit relative to the house, and how much land is actually there. Property outlines on one or two of the drone photos make the boundary obvious, and those are included in the $350 Showcase package.
How far out do you book?
Usually a few days, and short-notice slots open up regularly. We shoot seven days a week, 7am to 7pm, and Robinson is a short drive from Waco.
Is there a travel charge to Robinson?
