Pricing
Listing photos start at $249 (Essentials: 20–30 HDR-edited photos, interior and exterior). The most-booked Showcase package is $350 and adds drone photos and a 2D floor plan. Every package covers a property up to 3,250 sqft. No travel fees anywhere in our service area.

How quickly will I receive the edited photos?
Edited photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot — typically the same evening or by the following morning. You'll get an email with a private gallery link the moment your images are ready to download.
How should the seller prepare the home before the photographer arrives?
Turn on all interior lights, open blinds and curtains, clear countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, move vehicles out of the driveway, and put away personal items like toiletries and pet supplies. We send a prep checklist when we confirm your shoot so nothing gets missed.
Do you shoot in Waco and the surrounding cities, or just locally?

Light overcast is actually ideal for exterior photography — no harsh shadows. For heavy rain or storms, we'll reschedule at no charge and prioritize your new date to keep your listing timeline on track.
