Real Estate Photography in Corsicana, TX

Corsicana is the Navarro County seat on I-45, roughly an hour from both Waco and Dallas, and it sits inside our coverage with no travel fee. Photos are delivered within 24 hours.

Corsicana has one of the more interesting housing stocks in this part of Texas. The oil money that came through here left behind a genuinely impressive set of late-nineteenth and early-twentieth century homes — substantial houses on established streets, with detail and scale that photograph beautifully when someone takes the time. Those historic properties are increasingly being bought by people priced out of Dallas, which is the other force shaping this market: Corsicana is close enough to the metroplex that it functions partly as an exurb, and DFW buyers are a real share of demand. The downtown has been coming back along with it.

For a historic home, the shoot is about light and detail — proper bracketed exposures so original woodwork, tall windows, and period rooms actually read. For the DFW buyer, a 3D tour matters because the drive is long enough to need justifying. Both are available, along with aerial work and floor plans. Cade Bertel is FAA Part 107 licensed.

Corsicana pairs a remarkable stock of oil-era historic homes with growing Dallas exurb demand, so listings here are often sold to metroplex buyers on the strength of detail photography and a 3D tour.

Corsicana FAQ

How do you shoot a historic home?

Slowly, and with proper bracketing. Original woodwork, tall windows, stained glass, and period proportions are the reason these houses sell above their square-foot comps, and all of it disappears in a single-exposure set shot in twenty minutes.

Many of my buyers are coming from Dallas. What converts them?

A 3D tour plus strong exteriors. An hour each way is a real commitment, and buyers want the layout and condition settled before they book the day. Premier at $600 includes a 3D tour or a showcase video.

Is Corsicana closer to you or to Dallas?

Roughly the same either way, about an hour. It is inside our normal coverage and there is no travel fee.

Do you shoot commercial and downtown buildings?

Yes. Commercial media covers retail, office, and mixed-use, including the kind of downtown buildings being redeveloped here.
