Aubrey has one of the sharper splits of any market we shoot. On one side there is serious horse country: this part of Denton County has a long equestrian tradition, with training facilities, barns, arenas, and pasture properties that trade on the quality of the improvements and the land. On the other side there is very large-scale new residential development, with master-planned communities that have transformed the area around the town in a short span of years. Those are genuinely different shoots. An equestrian property needs aerials that show pasture layout, cross-fencing, arena placement, and how the whole operation fits together. A new build in a master-planned community needs sharp interiors, a floor plan, and context on the amenities.
