This is a land market almost end to end. Aquilla is a small community surrounded by farmland and pasture, with Aquilla Lake sitting just to the west and pulling a certain amount of recreational interest into the area. Lots, tracts, and acreage make up most of what sells, and vacant land is the single hardest thing to market with ordinary photography — a photo taken standing at the gate of a twenty-acre tract looks identical to one taken at the gate of a five-acre tract.
